Complete ECU testing, especially Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, requires not only connecting the communication network to the test system, but also interfacing digital and analog signal ports. Fengchuan Power has developed high-precision analog and digital test boards, which greatly simplify the configuration of test benches and HIL test systems, and improve the efficiency of system setup and testing. The analog boards deliver stable output ranging from -12V to +12V. The digital boards support the emulated output of correlated ABZ three-channel signals for magnetic encoders.

Main Parameters of Analog Test Board
Supplies an operating voltage ranging from 9V to 32V, with supply current above 2A.
8 input channels support simultaneous voltage and current measurement. The voltage measurement range is -25V to +25V, and the current measurement range is -25mA to +25mA. Both have a measurement error of ±1%.
8 output channels are available for voltage and current control with no manual mode switching required. The output voltage ranges from -12V to +12V, and the output current ranges from -25mA to +25mA. The output error for both is ±2%.
Output voltage and operation modes can be controlled, and input voltage & current can be read via the RS485 interface. It supports question-and-answer communication mode and power-off memory function.
Board parameters including output voltage, output current, output mode, input voltage and input current can be controlled and read via FDCAN or CAN 2.0B. Power-off memory function is supported.

Main Parameters of Digital Test Board
The device operates with a supply voltage of 6V to 32V and a supply current over 1A. The input channels accept 3.3V to 12V signals. The output channels can be powered by the built-in 5V isolated power supply or an external power supply ranging from 7V to 25V.
Equipped with 8 input channels for measuring signal period, positive pulse width and negative pulse width. It supports a maximum measurable period of 429 million microseconds and a minimum measurable pulse width of 10 microseconds, with a measurement accuracy of ±5 μs.
There are 8 output channels, which can generate 2 independent ABZ encoder signals and 2 independent PWM signals. The maximum output frequency is 1 MHz for PWM signals and 600 KHz for encoder signals.
Board parameters including input capture channels, captured data, frequency and phase of output encoder signals can be controlled and read via RS485. It adopts request-response communication mode and supports power-off memory function.
Parameters such as input capture channels, captured data, frequency and phase of output encoder signals are also accessible and controllable via FDCAN or CAN 2.0B. Power-off memory is supported.
